
Bio
Karim Harji is the Programme Director of the Oxford Impact Measurement Programme at the Said Business School, University of Oxford. He was previously a Co-Founder and Director at Purpose Capital (an impact investing advisory firm), an Advisor to the Rockefeller Foundation on social impact measurement, and with the MasterCard Foundation on evaluating youth employment and entrepreneurship programs in sub-Saharan Africa. He was Co-Chair of the Impact Measurement Task Force convened by the Government of Ontario, and a member of the Impact Measurement Working Group of the G8 Social Impact Investment Task Force. Karim is an Associate Fellow at the Said Business School, where he also teaches in the Oxford Impact Investing and Social Finance executive education programmes, and a DPhil (PhD) candidate at Kellogg College, where his research focuses on impact measurement for impact investing.
